Ms. Guesno is of counsel at HKM’s Denver office. In 2003 she began her career as a Public Defender and tried more than seventy criminal cases. In 2012, Ms. Guesno left the Public Defender’s office and began defending a fortune 500 company across the country in employment litigation cases. From 2012 to 2018, she first chaired ten trials across the country in Denver, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, and Cincinnati on behalf of corporate clients. In 2019, she joined a top ranked employment law firm where she defended employers big and small in employment disputes with their employees.
