Jill is amazing. I hired her during a really awful employment situation and she made the entire thing so much less stressful. She listened, she believed me, and she handled things I had been trying to deal with on my own for way too long.

She’s smart, straightforward, and also SO funny. There were definitely times I got off the phone with her laughing when I had called completely stressed out.

She got me through a situation I never want to deal with again and I’m incredibly grateful for her. The only downside to everything being over is that I actually miss talking to her 😂

I had a wonderful experience with this firm. i worked with the people in the Denver office, since the very first moment the costumer service agent was a very empathetic sweet woman who treated me with so much care and respect. I was going through a very difficult and vulnerable time with my job situation and it felt so validating having someone understand your situation. A couple of days after Heather reached out to me and showed passion, determination and most importantly deep interest in my situation. Exceptional women team!! I’m truly grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Jill Malat at HKM. I can't share the details of my case due to a confidentiality agreement, but I can say without hesitation that HKM's employment law team was outstanding. They were thorough from day one, fought hard on my behalf, and never once sugar coated the situation. I always knew exactly where things stood.
