Patrick Leo McGuigan

Leo is one of the three co-founders of HKM. He practices labor and employment law exclusively and for almost the entirety of his 20+ year legal career he has dedicated himself to protecting employee rights. He has long recognized the inequities inherent in the workplace and that employees need strong advocates to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. Leo’s view is that employers should be held to account for violating employment laws and that employees should be fairly compensated for their financial and emotional losses. He has extensive litigation experience and has battled against every major Washington defense firm. Through these battles, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
