Mr. Wright is a Partner in HKM’s Multi-State Class Action (MCA) Group. His work focuses on class action lawsuits in the wage and hour, antitrust, and consumer protection space without geographic limitation. Wherever workers or consumers are being cheated, Mr. Wright and his team are prepared to hold wrongdoers accountable.

Mr. Wright has served as lead counsel on over a dozen class actions around the country, recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients. He has partnered on numerous other cases with recovery in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He has successfully secured recovery through settlement, in trial courts, or on appeal. His record of successful advocacy stretches from coast to coast.

Advocating for working people is Mr. Wright’s lifelong passion. The proud son of a union carpenter, Mr. Wright began working as a labor union organizer shortly after college. He understands the day-to-day struggles of workers and the small ways in which their employers leverage their power to cheat them out of time, treasure, and opportunities. After the labor movement, Mr. Wright went to law school. He graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, serving as Executive Editor at Large of the Seattle University Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Wright clerked for the Honorable Marlin J. Appelwick, Chief Judge of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division 1.

Mr. Wright proudly serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserves, currently assigned as a Civil Affairs Officer in the 450th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne). He has also served on the boards of multiple churches and nonprofits. Above all else, Mr. Wright is a proud husband and father. In his free time, he can be found cheering for the Oregon Ducks, Las Vegas Raiders, and Baltimore Ravens with his wife Katie and two beautiful daughters.

Mr. Wright operates out of our Seattle office.
