Caleb Gieger

Caleb Gieger is an attorney at HKM’s Seattle office. He represents workers in discrimination, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases. Prior to joining HKM, Caleb served the public as an Assistant Attorney General with the Washington Office of the Attorney General where he litigated unemployment benefits, paid family and medical leave, professional licensing, and drivers licensing appeals. His work has provided him with experience litigating before superior courts throughout Washington, the Office of Administrative Hearings, and the Washington Court of Appeals.

During law school, Caleb interned with government institutions including the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the City of Syracuse. He also interned with Hiscock Legal Aid Society providing eviction defense for tenants. He continues to see himself as a public servant advocating directly for workers in the Pacific Northwest.
