
Claire Hunter
Employment Law Attorney
Ms. Hunter is the Managing Partner of HKM’s Denver office. She has handled complex litigation throughout the country and focuses on employment, tort, and contract related disputes. Her work has been recognized in the legal community, earning her the distinction of Rising Star from Super Lawyers magazine as well as opportunities to teach Continuing Legal Education classes to other attorneys and be published in the Colorado Lawyer. For each case, she identifies the client’s goals and then works to achieve those through legal analysis, persuasive writing, skilled negotiation, and oral argument.

- Ms. Hunter co-authored an article entitled “The Early History of the Colorado Court of Appeals” that was published in the Colorado Lawyer (Nov. 2008, Vol. 37, No. 11.) and republished in the book, Steam, Steel, and Statutes: True Tales from Colorado Legal History. The Gathering Place is Denver’s only daytime drop-in center for women, children, and transgender individuals who are experiencing homelessness and poverty.
