This was my first time engaging in any sort fo legal service agreement. Put simply -- Erin Norgaard, Brian Dolman and the HKM Team are heroes in my eyes. I was faced with a very stressful employment dispute that put my livelihood at stake.  Erin was fast to respond to my inquiry,  took my case, and then brought Brian on board as well. They had complimentary areas of expertise that felt custom fit to my case.  They are seasoned lawyers, yet they were sensitive to my situation and were personal with me when corresponding. It was always educational listening to them think aloud as they would anticipate the actions of the other party. They are at the top of their field, they know it, and it showed in their bravery when communicating with the other party.  I have absolute trust in them -- there was never a moment that I didn't feel the utmost confidence in their legal strategies. We reached a favorable outcome in the end and I'm eternally grateful for their hard work. If you have the opportunity, jump on the chance to work with them. I am strongly recommended HKM very thank full. I had some complex employment law issues with NON- Compete.
