Kevin Todd

Kevin Todd is the Managing Partner of HKM Employment Attorneys’ Milwaukee office. Kevin has devoted his entire legal career to representing workers in employment law matters.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Following graduation, he served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, gaining valuable experience in federal litigation and judicial decision-making.

In 2021, Kevin joined HKM Employment Attorneys, where he has built a robust practice focused on employee advocacy. His experience spans the full range of employment litigation, including administrative proceedings, motions practice, summary judgment, trial, and appeal. Kevin has successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, demonstrating a strong command of appellate advocacy and complex employment law issues.

As Managing Partner of HKM’s Milwaukee office, Kevin combines strategic leadership with hands-on litigation experience. He is committed to advancing the rights of employees and delivering exceptional results for clients.
