Drew Kudlinski

Hailing from the hot Arizona desert, Drew now fights for employees’ rights out of HKM’s Minneapolis office. After graduating magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Drew joined an international labor & employment defense firm where he defended large employers in all types of employment and labor litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, interference with federal, state, and local employment rights, and other claims of unlawful employment practices.

Though he began his career defending employers, Drew has remained committed to advocating for workers’ rights as demonstrated by his past leadership of ASU Law’s Civil Litigation Clinic where he represented underserved clients who could not afford to pay for legal services. Drew now leverages his employer-side defense experience to his clients’ advantage to level the courtroom’s playing field, which traditionally favors large companies over their crucial employees.

Outside of work, Drew spends his time with his wife and their two cats. Together, they enjoy eating at new restaurants, weightlifting (to offset the eating), volunteering, skiing, traveling, watching reality TV, watching sports, and golfing. Drew’s favorite hobby is Scuba diving, and he hopes to one day dive at Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.
