HKM proudly represents survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and discrimination. We advocate for our clients to secure justice and hold both perpetrators and the institutions that enable abuse accountable. HKM attorneys are trauma-informed and client-focused. We understand that disclosing sexual trauma is incredibly difficult and brave. We strive to listen to our client, understand their struggle, and fight on their behalf.
HKM has represented survivors in lawsuits against individual perpetrators, as well as institutions that have enabled perpetrators to abuse such as the Catholic Church, public schools, private schools, non-profit organizations, and companies that fail to oversee their employees or protect the public.
HKM also has extensive experience in representing survivors in Title IX hearings and employment cases that involve sexual assault and/or sexual harassment in the workplace.
HKM is dedicated to creating an inclusive atmosphere that is a welcoming and safe place for all survivors.
