Ms. Gardner’s practice focuses on representing clients in various discrimination and retaliation matters, as well as wage and hour disputes, including large nationwide collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Ms. Gardner is dedicated to helping her clients find the right legal solution and to navigate challenges of the workplace.
Ms. Gardner began her legal career as a clerk on the Georgia Court of Appeals and subsequently obtained a federal clerkship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ms. Gardner frequently serves as a faculty member for Lorman Education Services, presenting on various wage and hour topics. Ms. Gardner also serves as a Contributing Author for the Fair Labor Standards Act treatise published by the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and BNA Books.
