Dana Sniegocki

Employment Law Attorney

Dana is the managing partner of HKM’s Las Vegas office and a tireless champion of workers’ rights. She represents employees in all areas of employment law, with a focus on claims involving unlawful discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, and wage and hour violations. Dana has vast experience representing employees before state and federal agencies, as well as before state and federal courts. She prioritizes her clients’ needs, understanding the high stress and anxiety her clients experience when making a decision to take legal action against an employer. For that reason, she takes a personal approach to each matter she handles, and ensures that frequent communication with clients remains a top priority.

Before joining HKM, Dana spent more than a decade practicing employment law in Nevada. She has represented thousands of workers in state and federal courts in Nevada and throughout the country in class action lawsuits for unpaid wage claims and helped to secure millions of dollars for workers. She has been appointed class counsel in more than a dozen certified class action cases. For the entirety of her career, Dana has practiced employment law, exclusively representing workers, and has never represented employers. She continues that trend here at HKM.

Prior to beginning her career, Dana focused on public interest law and social justice reform and completed internships with the American Civil Liberties Union of San Diego and Imperial Counties and the California Innocence Project.

A native New Yorker, Dana enjoys sports, traveling, reading, politics, and desert hikes in the greater Las Vegas area.
