Casey Martens serves as a Senior Litigation Associate in our Atlanta office. Casey originally hails from Southern California and made her way to the Southeast by way of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she graduated magna cum laude in English Literature, and then Asheville, North Carolina, where she ran farm to table restaurants post-college.

Following law school externships in the chambers of District of South Carolina Hon. Richard M. Gergel and the SC ACLU, Casey graduated with honors from the Charleston School of Law where she was awarded the William Bennett Regan Award for Outstanding Leadership in Public Service.

Casey’s background has instilled in her a deep knowledge and appreciation for working people and their work experiences, and a desire to fight for them.
