Tiffany Joseph Goodson is the Managing Partner of HKM Employment Attorneys LLP’s Washington, D.C., Arlington, Virginia, and Baltimore, Maryland offices. She represents employees in a range of employment matters, including discrimination and retaliation claims, wage-and-hour class and collective actions, and contract and noncompete disputes.

With more than two decades of litigation and advisory experience across the public, private, and in-house sectors, Ms. Goodson brings a strategic and disciplined approach to resolving high-stakes workplace disputes.

Before joining HKM, she served as Associate General Counsel at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), where she managed complex litigation, including consumer class actions and regulatory-driven disputes.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Goodson was a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and practiced antitrust and commercial litigation at Constantine Cannon LLP and Howrey LLP. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Goodson serves on the Board of Directors of First Shift Justice Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing workplace rights for parents and caregivers.

Ms. Goodson earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Howard University. She is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
