Ms. Lemire has dedicated her career to advocating on behalf of employees. She has fought for workers’ rights in various state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and by educating employers on their obligations under state, federal, and local law across the country. Her work has touched nearly every facet of employment law—from discrimination to protected leaves to meal-and-rest-break violations and beyond.
As a member of HKM’s multi-state class action team, Ms. Lemire currently focuses on representing classes of workers in class action employment litigation as well as consumers in consumer protection actions.
In her free time, Ms. Lemire enjoys baking, bouldering, and yoga.
