Mike Rice

Mike Rice has been a paralegal at HKM’s Kansas City office since November of 2023. Before he became a paralegal in 2011, Mike spent 20 years working as a reporter at The Kansas City Star.

Besides employment law, Mike has worked at law firms that specialize in personal injury, consumer fraud and bankruptcy.

Mike is also a playwright and has written three plays that have been produced in Kansas City. A big Royals and Chiefs fan, Mike has three grown children and one grandchild.
