Heather Ramey is a paralegal in HKM’s Cincinnati, Ohio office and has been in the legal field for over twenty-five years. She is committed to workers’ rights by helping individuals fight discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage theft.
Before joining HKM, Heather worked at the nation’s largest plaintiff’s firm, where she assisted employees in discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour cases. Before her work as an advocate for employment rights, Heather was a compliance officer for one of the largest non-profit nursing universities in the United States.
Early in her career, Heather served as a junior page in the Kentucky House of Representatives sponsored by Representative Louie Mack. She then worked for personal injury law firms that specialized in representing individuals injured in car accidents, slip and falls, and because of medical malpractice.
Heather graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Heather then attended Sullivan University, where she received her post-baccalaureate in paralegal studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
