Natalie has spent much of her legal career defending the rights of Hoosiers who have been treated unfairly in the workplace. In addition to being a skilled litigator, Natalie is a passionate advocate for her clients. As an attorney in HKM’s Indianapolis office, Natalie focuses her practice on employment law, including discrimination, harassment, unlawful retaliation, and Family Medical Leave Act issues. She has extensive experience handling employment law matters in all stages of litigation as well as at the administrative level. In addition, Natalie serves as a FINRA arbitrator.
Natalie is a 2005 graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Natalie is admitted to practice in Indiana and Michigan, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
