Justin M. Bahorich

Justin M. Bahorich is a plaintiff-side employment attorney who represents employees in complex workplace disputes, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment and hostile work environments, disability accommodations, wage-and-hour violations, ERISA violations, and wrongful termination.

He has substantial experience litigating employment matters in federal and state courts and has served as lead counsel throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through depositions, dispositive motions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Before joining his current firm, Justin spent more than five years as a Partner for a small Plaintiff’s firm in Pittsburgh.. In that role, he maintained an active litigation docket while supervising teams of attorneys, law clerks, discovery professionals, and paralegals. His practice has included individual employment claims as well as class and collective actions, and he has represented employees in federal court, state court, administrative proceedings, private mediations, early neutral evaluations, and arbitration.

Justin earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where he received the CALI Award in Trial Advocacy and competed in the Lone Star Classic National Mock Trial Competition.

He earned his undergraduate degree in English, with a minor in Economics, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, all three federal district courts in Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Outside of the office, Justin is an avid golfer and a quasi-retired hockey player who still enjoys just about anything athletic. He is a devoted Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys skiing, spending time outdoors, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises. At home, he enjoys cooking, landscaping and gardening, and a lifelong interest in aquariums.
