Misty Emerick

Misty Emerick has been a paralegal with HKM NY since 2022 and has previous experience working as a paralegal on complex class and collective wage and hour cases filed on behalf of workers.

She holds a BA in Geography—Environmental Planning from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a MA in Sustainable Communities from Northern Arizona University.

She is passionate about workers’ rights and is grateful to be able to spend her workdays helping workers who have had their rights violated by their employers.
