Ms. Fagan is a litigator practicing in Portland, Oregon and Southern Washington. She spent over 5 years representing management in employment disputes, and now uses that experience for the strategic benefit of the workers she represents. As the mom of a 3 year old, Ms. Fagan is attuned to the realities facing working parents, and focuses her legal practice on employment challenges working parents face like pregnancy discrimination, medical leave, sick leave, pay equity, and sexual harassment. Her passion for working families has earned her the title of the Working Parents’ Lawyer, and she publishes a weekly podcast on employment rights for working moms. Ms. Fagan is also a state legislator serving her second term in the Oregon House of Representatives and is recognized as a fierce advocate for Oregon workers. As a legislator, Ms. Fagan worked to pass many of the new legal protections that Oregonians enjoy today. Her legal expertise and community involvement recently earned her recognition as a Rising Star from Super Lawyers national publication for 2015 and 2016, and the honor of being one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in the Portland metro area by the Portland Business Journal.
