Kevin Dolley is an experienced employment and class action attorney with more than 20 years of litigation experience. He received his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law (2002) and undergraduate degree from Stonehill College (1999).

Kevin began his career representing labor organizations, developing a strong foundation in traditional labor law and collective bargaining. That experience evolved into a specialized practice concentrating on wage and hour violations, complex class action litigation, and a broad range of employment law matters.

Kevin previously founded and led his own employment and class action law firm. He later served as Director of the Class Action Department at a leading class action and personal injury firm, where he oversaw large-scale litigation involving unfair claims practices, data privacy violations, wage and hour issues, and financial misconduct.

Throughout his career, Kevin has secured multimillion-dollar results in employment litigation, including wage rounding and meal break claims on behalf of healthcare workers. He has also achieved substantial jury verdicts in personal injury cases, including a $5 million verdict for a first responder injured by chemical exposure. In a landmark age discrimination case, Kevin successfully argued before the Missouri Supreme Court, resulting in the adoption of a “contributing factor” standard—a significant pro-employee ruling that was later overturned by legislation in direct response to its impact.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has served as counsel in thousands of matters, including lawsuits, trials, appeals, mediations, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. His experience spans nearly every conceivable aspect of employment law.

Kevin’s current practice focuses on wage and hour class actions, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions, overtime and minimum wage disputes, employment discrimination and retaliation claims, labor relations, whistleblower and False Claims Act (qui tam) litigation, professional licensing defense, administrative law, employment contracts, healthcare law, and business litigation. He regularly leads high-stakes cases involving thousands of class members. His success in complex litigation has made him a go-to attorney in both state and federal courts across the country.

Outside the courtroom, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, attending youth sporting events, and traveling with his family.
