Seth Littrell is the coach for the University of North Texas, coming back to Texas after coaching running backs from 2005-2008. In the interim, he coached tight ends and running backs at Arizona from 2009-2011, additionally serving as co-offensive coordinator in 2010 and offensive coordinator in 2011. From 2012-2013, he was the offensive coordinator/ fullbacks coach / tight ends coach for Indiana. From 2014-2015, he coached tight ends and was assistant head coach.
