Coaching Background:

Neu was named head coach of Ball State University in 2016, the same university he began his coaching career as a graduate assistant in 1994. He served in in numerous positions for arena football teams (quarterback coach, offensive coordinator, head coach) from 1998-2011 before joining Tulane University as quarterback coach from 2012-2013. Neu later joined the New Orleans Saints from 2014-2015 as quarterbacks coach.
