If Team completes its season with a winning record, Coach will receive a $20,000 salary increase the following year. Media - $50,000/year Fundraising Participation - $20,000/year Retention bonus - $150,000 ($30,000/year if employed through entire duration of contact)

Golden Parachute:

The equivalent of his annual base salary including any yearly increase up to the date of termination and any retention bonus that would have been accrued and been paid to him, through the term of the Agreement.

Vehicle, $20,000 relocation expense,

Unique Clause:

University will negotiate Coach's $350,000 buyout with Howard University.
