Ellyn Moscowitz

ellynEllyn has been a labor and employment lawyer for over 27 years. Throughout her career, she has focused on explaining employment issues to clients, to courts, and to opposing counsel. She currently mediates and arbitrates (acts as private judge) in employment matters throughout California. She also serves as an adjunct professor at the U.C. Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Previously, she has taught at Chapman University School of Law and as an adjunct at Golden Gate University School of Law. She has educated students on Litigation Skills and Appellate Advocacy as well as coordinated appellate advocacy competitions, at USF School of Law. Currently, Ellyn Moscowitz is teaching Negotiations at Boalt Hall School of Law and is mediating cases for the Northern District Court of California and Sonoma County Superior Court.
