Willie Taggart was named Head Football Coach at University of South Florida in 2013. Prior to this he spent two seasons as Head Coach with the Western Kentucky University Football Program, where he previously served as Assistant Head Coach, Quarterbacks and Wide Receiver’s Coach for over ten seasons. For two seasons he was with the Stanford University Football Program as Running Backs Coach.

Supplemental Compensation shall include any and all compensation the Coach shall receive for his endorsement and participation in any a) T.V /Radio programs; b) University contracts or contracts with the University’s athletics support foundations, including but not limited to, Apparel, Multimedia, and Beverage contracts; c) Personal appearances; d) Speaking engagements and public relations; e) Use of your name, image and likeness; f) License of any trademarks and similar Intellectual Property held by Coach or a legal entity owned by Coach; and g) Fundraising. University shall pay the University of Oregon an amount of $3,000,000 as Employment Contract Buyout, the monthly amount of which shall be $61,224.49. In the event the Coach leaves Florida State University for any reason, except termination without cause by the University, or termination for cause by the Coach , prior to fulfillment of this buyout obligation he shall be responsible for the any remaining amount due and owing to the University of Oregon.
