Richard Rodriguez was named Head Football Coach at the University of Arizona in 2012. Before this he served two seasons at the University of Michigan as Head Football Coach from 2008-2010. Prior to coming to Michigan he was Head Coach at West Virginia for six seasons where he previously served as Student Assistant. For one season he was at Clemson and before that Tulane as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach from 1997-1998.

Up to $1,000,000 depending on the year of resignation***
100% University Funded Compensation (Base Salary for the Year of termination+Perpherial Duties Bonus) for the remaining of the term+Any Bonus accrued
2 Vehicles+22 Event Tickets+Country Club Membership+ Seats for Coach's family for in season road trip+45 Hours use of non-commercial jet for duties
*University shall compensate for diiference, in the event the Contract doesn't meet the guaranteed amount. ** The MLP Units are held by the University of Arizona Foundation for the benefit of the University of Arizona Depatment of Intercolligiate Athletics. *** In the Event, Coach joins West Virginia University, the Buy-Out amount shall become Up to $2000,000 depending upon the year of resignation.
