Philip John Fleck is currently the head coach for the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Prior to that, he was the head coach of the Western Michigan University Football Team and he spent one season with the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers as Wide Receiver’s Coach. Before Tampa, he spent 2010-2011 as Wide Receivers Coach at Rutgers University. From 2007-2009 Fleck spent three seasons at Northern Illinois as Wide Receivers Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. In 2006 he started his collegiate coaching career at Ohio State as Graduate Assistant.
