Matt Campbell was named Head Football Coach at Iowa State University in 2016. Prior to that, he worked as Head Coach for the University of Toledo from 2011-2015. Campbell began his coaching career as the Offensive Graduate Assistant at Bowling Green for two years, before he returned to his alma mater for the 2005 season as Offensive Coordinator/Offensive Line Coach. Campbell returned to Bowling Green as an Assistant Coach for two seasons, one as the Offensive Line Coach and one as the Offensive Line Coach/Running Game Coordinator.
