Buyout Clause:

22.5% of the remaining Guaranteed Compensation. Effective March 16, 2022, this amount shall be waived by the University.

Golden Parachute:

80% of remaining current Guaranteed Compensation through the remainder of Term. Additionally, the remaining current Guaranteed Compensation shall increase 5% for each Big 12 Championship Title achieved during the term, up to 95%.

Perks:

Vehicle assigned by Department, 35 hours annually of private airplane, playing privileges at 2 local golf courses

Unique Clause:

Decrease supplemental retirement income plan from $1 million annually to $350,000
