Doug Martin was named New Mexico State’s Head Football Coach in 2013. In 2012, Martin left his Offensive Coordinator position at New Mexico State to take the same position for Boston College. Prior to this he served 7 seasons as Head Coach at Kent State University and a prior eight years as Offensive Coordinator. From 1992-2002 at East Carolina University, the last seven of which he was in charge of the team’s Offense.

- Reasonably reimbursed for any cost incurred whilst departing duties.
University to be notified if the Coach interested in any other University proposal. Coach free to earn added income through outside source as long as doesn't interfere in his duties, but the University to be notified about the income earned through all outside source. Coach and the Team shall not use Tobacco in any manner whatsoever, during practice or competition.
