Charlie Partridge was named Florida Atlantic University's Head Football Coach in 2013. Partridge came to FAU after a one-year stint at as the Head Football Coach for University of Arkansas in 2013. Prior to that, Partridge spent five seasons(2008-2012) at Wisconsin, where he served as Associate Head Coach, Co-Defensive Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach. Before his time at Wisconsin, Partridge spent 2003-2007 at Pitt Coaching the Defensive Line.

Highest Possible Performance Bonus:
Annual Retention Bonus: $40,000 on July 1,2016 and $50,000 on July 1,2018
Highest Possible Academic Bonus:
Upto $1,000,000 depending on the year of resignation

Coach to take prior permission of the President and the Athletic department athletic related income from outside University source. Coach not to accept any gifts of cash or items of substantioal value, or accept anything from any individual as per the Florida law, athletics requirement and University code of ethics and its regulations.
