Brad Lambert has been the Head Football Coach for the University of North Carolina, Charlotte since 2011. Prior to coming to Charlotte, Lambert worked with the football program at Wake Forest for five years as Assistant Coach. Prior to joining Wake Forest’s staff, Lambert coached for 11 years at both Marshall and Georgia He got his start as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Oklahoma in 1988.

Highest Possible Performance Bonus:
Addittional Compensation: For 2013: $25,000 For 2014: $27,500 For 2015: $2,94,500 till the end of the Term
Highest Possible Academic Bonus:
Up to twice Base Salary of the Year of Resignation or the Total Amount of Base Salary for the Remainder of the Term, whichever is lesser
Base Salary for the Remainder of the Term+Any bonus earned+Any reimbursment owed to the Coach
Club Membership+Courtesy Car or Car Stipend $7,200+25 Game Tickets+Reimbursment for Tax Return preperations
Coach to take prior approval for any outside empolyment and a detail of any and all income earned from outside employment shall be provided to the University annually. The Coach shall arrange a 2 year home/home game series(one game at University, and one at the new institution of employment) betweent he football team of the insititution which employs Coach and the University's football team, with no financial requirement on the part of the insitution or the University. Such game series shall start within 2 years of Coach's Termination.
