Attorney Will KimWilliam J. Kim

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Washington School of Law, Mr. Kim represents employees in all aspects of employment litigation and is dedicated to trial work. Prior to joining HKM Employment Attorneys, Mr. Kim was a member of trial teams on cases resulting in a successful jury verdict of over $1 million and a bench ruling of $175,000. During law school, Mr. Kim externed for a federal judge and interned for the Workers’ Rights Clinic where he successfully recovered unpaid wages on behalf of his clients. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim helped develop case management and electronic case filing software for the U.S. District Courts.
