Ms. Schreiber is a litigation attorney at HKM’s Denver office. Ms. Schreiber is a graduate of The University of Michigan and The University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she obtained her law degree. Ms. Schreiber is licensed in Colorado state and federal courts, in addition to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Schreiber has a breadth of litigation experience working on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants during her career in numerous areas of law. On the plaintiffs’ side, Ms. Schreiber worked on various personal injury matters assisting injured clients who were involved in auto accidents, slip and falls, and dog bite cases. On the defense side, Ms. Schreiber worked on personal injury, insurance bad faith, nursing home, school district, and employment matters. Ms. Schreiber now focuses her practice on assisting employees of businesses of all sizes in claims regarding workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, and numerous other employment disputes.
