Mr. Wolfson is a litigator based in Denver, Colorado. He is a graduate of Rollins College and American University’s Washington College of Law. Mr. Wolfson began his legal career at a prestigious plaintiff’s firm in Denver where he handled a variety of complex employment law cases in state and federal court, including cases concerning discrimination against public and private employers. Mr. Wolfson then went on to establish his own firm, where he successfully handled employment-related matters against multinational Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. Throughout his career, Mr. Wolfson has also gained experience performing work for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.
