Genesis Moore

Genesis Moore serves as a Junior Litigation Associate in our Atlanta office. Ms. Moore’s practice focuses on representing clients in various Labor and Employment matters. She regularly represents clients facing claims of discrimination and retaliation, wage-and-hour issues, EEOC investigations, and allegations of employee misconduct. Ms. Moore is committed to helping clients navigate sensitive workplace challenges and to developing strategic, efficient solutions tailored to each matter.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Moore earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law & Business Review and was an Elaine R. Jones Scholarship recipient. During law school, she gained substantial hands-on experience through the Innocence Project Clinic and extensive pro bono work with the Rutherford Institute and the Legal Aid Justice Center.

Ms. Moore is the author of a published article for the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law on the importance of preserving post-trial motions for appellate review. She is an active member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She is admitted to practice in Georgia and the District of Columbia.
