Elaine is an attorney at HKM’s Seattle office, where she focuses on all aspects of employment law and represents employees in a variety of employment litigation matters. A graduate from Seattle University School of Law, Elaine participated in several Moot Court competitions, including those at the regional and national level. She served as the President for the Jewish Law Student Association and Community Partnership Chair for the Women’s Law Caucus. In addition, Elaine was a student advocate in Seattle University’s Worker’s Rights Clinic, where she helped low-wage workers understand and enforce their rights in the workplace, and in Seattle University’s Domestic Violence Clinic, where she helped survivors file protection orders. Prior to law school, Elaine volunteered as a court-appointed special advocate through the Family Law CASA program in King County. In her free time, Elaine enjoys skiing, going on walks with her dog, Khloe, and volunteering for local Mutual Aid organizations.
