Mr. Erickson is an attorney at HKM’s Seattle office, where he represents employees in all aspects of employment law matters. Prior to joining HKM Employment Attorneys, Mr. Erickson served as a Prosecutor for the City of Bothell Prosecutor’s Office. He represented the City in all phases of both criminal and civil law, gaining extensive jury trial experience along the way. Mr. Erickson has successfully argued hundreds of motions, obtained convictions in dozens of trials, and affirmed appeals on complex legal matters. He has dedicated his legal career to defending the rights of victims, survivors, and those that have been wronged.
Mr. Erickson is a Washington native, received his undergraduate degree in Law & Justice from Central Washington University, and graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2018. During law school, he worked as an intern at a prominent Seattle law firm, worked as a research assistant to a professor to edit a legal writing textbook, served as the Moot Court Vice-Chair, and worked as a Rule 9 Prosecutor. Mr. Erickson has a passion for helping aspiring lawyers reach their goals and assists high school students in moot court competitions. Mr. Erickson enjoys golfing, skiing, and rooting for Seattle sports’ teams with his lovely wife Becca.
